International Wine Country is  destined to become a Theme Park for the Global bringing together of viniculture and viticulture. While having laid out the foundation to become a cooperative in conjunction with the guidance of the United States Department of Agriculture in D.C. , the board presently consists of experts in marketing, promotion and development.
